TailorScan Forge · Applied AI Service Operations
Was the appointment booked, or only reported as booked?
Phones get answered. Customers are promised callbacks. Bookings are reported. But does the independent calendar or owner task record confirm what happened? Lead Rescue Assurance is an emerging, vendor-neutral way to review these gaps and route exceptions to the right human.
Development pilot, not yet a live CRM connection or autonomous receptionist. No guaranteed recovery or software subscription on this page.
The difference
Not another receptionist. Independent evidence after the call.
Smith.ai and other vendors already deliver AI or human phone answering and call-quality tools. TailorScan’s hypothesis is narrower: compare what the intake system reported with what separate business records verify. That can produce more useful supervision even when a business changes reception providers.
Call report
Read a permitted, minimally redacted vendor record or owner-supplied non-sensitive summary. No unapproved customer recording access.
Independent evidence
Check a separate booking reference, calendar status, callback task or quote handoff. No automatic calendar writes.
Human decision
Flag contradictory claims and unknowns for a supervisor with evidence, owner, next action and reason.
What we are testing
Four costly points of uncertainty
Reported appointment, absent confirmation
A booking can be missing from a snapshot, tentative, cancelled or at a different time. The flag asks for validation; it does not prove a booking never happened.
Callback without an independently recorded task
A call summary may say “we’ll call back,” yet the owner does not know who accepted the handoff. The system creates an internal review requirement, not an outbound message.
Unsupported promises
Claims about prices, response windows, guarantees or work scope need confirmation by an authorized person before becoming customer commitments.
Unclear vendor economics
Compare what the provider actually charged, what was independently verified, and how much staff time each exception took. Answered calls are not booked revenue.
A narrow first customer pilot
Is your service operation a potential fit?
This self-check runs entirely in your browser and collects no contact information. It helps identify whether a manual conversation would be useful, not whether TailorScan has accepted you as a customer.
Choose your actual circumstances and click the suitability check.
No call transcripts, personal customer records, phone numbers, credentials or financial information should be sent in an initial inquiry.
Commercial status
Get value now; pilot automation later.
Free pilot. Browser QA passed in desktop and emulated-phone Chromium; physical iPhone Safari remains unverified. Findings are review flags, not confirmed lost business or recovered revenue.
Free Lead Rescue Diagnostic
Explore your process using aggregate numbers. The free local calculator requires no account or customer data. A separate self-service Lead Rescue download is $19.
Human-Reviewed Lead Rescue Audit
TailorScan’s existing proposed $295 reviewed audit is separately scoped after a no-cost eligibility assessment. No audit fee or result is implied by opening this page.
Pilot questions
What would a small supervised pilot measure?
Import completeness, independent appointment confirmation coverage, reviewed exception precision, handoff closure time, and reviewer effort. No “recovered revenue” number will be published without separately verified actual closed business. The workflow remains read-only until any customer-facing action is authorized and tested.
For an exploratory fit request, describe only the service category, approximate inquiry volume, intake source type, and whether an independent calendar or task log exists.
Email opens your email app; it does not automatically transmit the form values. Do not include real customer calls or protected data in an initial request.
Control the follow-through.
TailorScan owns the workflow, review states and reporting; the selected answering vendor keeps performing the calls. This separation is our commercialization hypothesis, not yet a performance claim.
