03 / When you need to prepare a real estimate
Continue from the example to an actual bid workflow.
If the calendar and labor assumptions made you rethink the scope, Commercial Cleaning Bid Studio 2 adds actual dated site schedules, task quantities, three scope options, private saved bid snapshots and customer-facing proposals. It is a $19 one-time ZIP download designed primarily for desktop browsers, not a managed service or monthly subscription.

Important modeling limitations
Why not multiply weekly visits by four?
Months do not have an identical number of Mondays or Fridays. This example counts each selected weekday in the actual selected calendar month. The service-date count assumes no holiday closures or skipped visits.
Does a 25% modeled margin mean 25% net profit?
No. The model uses only the selected labor, supplies, travel and allocated overhead. Additional operating expenses, taxes, financing and administrative time may lower net business profit.
Are Plus and Complete real industry standard packages?
No. They are intentionally synthetic variants to illustrate incremental time and materials. Actual cleaning scope and worker-hours must be measured at the site.
Is this the full commercial product?
No. This is a free, standalone illustration. The paid software contains distinct functions and buyer licensing details described on the Shopify listing. The two are not mathematically identical or integrated.
