TailorScan Applied Intelligence / Pilot discovery

Prove the process.
Then automate.

We are researching a focused, owner-controlled way to find follow-up gaps in small service businesses. We are looking for operators willing to examine one repeatable workflow with us and determine whether a measured improvement is possible.

01 / A specific problem

Where do good inquiries lose their next step?

A missed call is not automatically a lost sale. We investigate what actually happened before drawing a conclusion or recommending a system change.

01 / CAPTURE

Where inquiries arrive

Phone, web form, email and referrals may be recorded in different places. We examine whether an authorized record exists for each inquiry.

02 / OWNERSHIP

Who responds next

We review whether a real team member owns follow-up, whether required information is present, and whether a next action has been recorded.

03 / VERIFICATION

What outcomes are known

Duplicate contacts, incomplete inquiries, quotes already followed up and bookings are treated differently. Unknowns remain labeled unknown.

02 / See our method

An inspectable example, not a mystery algorithm.

Our Inquiry Evidence Lab demonstrates six fictional events and the decision logic for each, including duplicate detection, missing data and human ownership. No customer database, AI account or confidential document is needed to explore it.

03 / Operator readiness

Would your business be a useful pilot?

The most useful pilot begins with real, permitted records and a decision-maker willing to review the findings. No existing CRM is required for the initial inquiry.

1 / Defined process

A repeatable workflow

Your business regularly receives inbound inquiries and prepares quotes or appointments.

2 / Responsible owner

A decision-maker

Someone can explain the current process and approve any change before it affects customers.

3 / Reviewable evidence

Some historical counts

Approximate inquiry and quote volumes, with customer identities removed, are available for an initial discussion.

No sensitive data needed to express interest.

Do not send customer phone numbers, personally identifiable records, account passwords, live CRM exports or private contracts. We will agree on permitted inputs and handling separately if a pilot advances.

04 / Commercial pathway

Three stages, only one decision at a time.

Stage A / No-cost

Initial fit assessment

Email a short description of the process and approximate scale. We assess whether the proposed problem is appropriate to review. No fee or guaranteed acceptance.

Stage B / Scoped engagement

Reviewed Lead Rescue Audit

Where eligible, a $295 manually reviewed assessment provides defined findings and prioritized process improvements. Payment instructions follow scope acceptance only.

Stage C / Separate proposal

Optional pilot implementation

If the diagnostic identifies a suitable problem and an operator agrees, we can design a limited proof of concept. Technical work, fees, testing, data requirements and support are negotiated in writing.

The $295 diagnostic is not an AI subscription, software installation or automated outreach service. A diagnostic purchase does not guarantee eligibility for a pilot. No customers or pilot revenue are claimed.

05 / Send an inquiry

Tell us one thing that’s hard to track.

What kind of business do you run? Cleaning, HVAC, plumbing or another inquiry-driven service category, and your broad operating region.
About how many inquiries and quotes do you handle? Approximate monthly totals are enough. Do not identify any customers.
Which handoff is hardest to verify? New inquiry response, missed calls, quote follow-up, scheduling or status tracking.
Who would decide whether to try a process change? Your role and whether you can authorize a small, supervised evaluation.
